HAIR : Please carefully inspect the hair upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues. We only offer full refunds for unopened, untampered hair. If there is a problem with your hair, please reach out to us and we will work to resolve the issue, whether that means providing new hair or a partial refund.
SKINCARE : All sales are final and we do not offer refunds. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us so we can send a replacement.
CLOTHES : All sales are final, but we will offer a refund or exchange if the issue is on our end. Exchanges must be made within the first 7 days of receiving the item.
